JANUARY Monday, 6th - Competition Teams Resume Practices Tuesday, 7th - All Classes Resume Saturday, 18th - Winter Wonderland Camp - Ages 4-8yrs old, 10am-2pm, bring a lunch, $35.00 per dancer, Must pre-register Monday, 20th - Martine Luther King Day- YES - We have classes! Saturday, 25th - Marching Auxilleries Dance Competition at Tyler Junior College - All Day - Good Luck teams ,soloists and Duets!! FEBRUARY Saturday, 8th - Winter Dance Intensive ,Intermediate - Advanced Dancers, 10am-2pm - $35.00 per dancer. Must Pre-register!! Monday, 17th - President's Day -YES - We have classes!! MARCH Monday-Friday, 17th-21st - Spring Break - No Classes - Have a great week!!! Friday-Sunday, 28th-30th - Synergy Dance Competition ,Palestine Texas - All Day. Good Luck to all of our competitors!!! APRIL Sunday-Friday, April 27-May 2 - Dress Rehearsals for our Annual 41st Recitals- Caldwell Auditorium See dress rehearsal schedule for your child's class time. MAY Saturday, 3rd - 41st Annual Dance Recitals- 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:30pm, and 7:30pm at Caldwell Auditorium Monday, 5th - Annual Golden Girls End of the Year Banquet- Time and Place TBA! Tuesday/Thursday, 6th and 8th - Tyler Golden Girls Auditions - Girls Grades 7th-9th- 4:30-6:00pm Tuesday - Learn Tryout Material - Officer Candiadtes will stay from 6:00-7:00pm to learn extra tryout material. Thursday - Candidates Tryout for Judges - Announcements will be made immediately follow judging. Friday, 9th - "Extreme" Hip Hop Team Audition - Dancers Grades 5th-Up- 4:30-6:00pm Candidates will learn a combo and tryout for judges. Announcements will be made immediately follow judging. Monday, 12th - Youth Jazz Team Tryouts - Girls Grades 4th-6th - 5:30-7:00pm Candidates will learn material and tryout for judges. Announcements to be e-mailed within 48 hours after tryouts Monday, 12th - Tyler Golden Girl Officer Tryouts - 5:30-6:30pm. Annoucements: Monday, May 19th from 5:30-6:30pm. Dance-N-Drill began 41 years ago when founder, Lynn Ramey, started the first class as well as holding auditions for the first ever citywide drill team, the "Tyler Golden Girls". While her beginnings may have been small, Dance-N-Drill is now one of the largest, most prestigious studios in Texas. Lynn's desire is that you enjoy an atmosphere where students are educated, equipped, and encouraged in a fun, loving, and nurturing environment.
